end of may 1973 : first contact with Bulgaria

end of april 1980 : contacts become permanent - begining of a strategic media watch

beginning of 1998 : the media watch becomes electronic

January 2009 : the digital data base of carefully selected documents in 6 languages (French, English, German, Spanish, Bulgarian and Russian) crosses the 250000 documents mark, not counting the "paper" archives.
