1999 , Realization of several types of missions in SME's:

Strategic diagnosis: identification of the internal and external vision of the activity of the enterprise to explicit a unique coherent definition - detailed study of the field of "excellence" and those of potential progress - establishment of proposals of "projection lines" for the future.

Organization of Knowledge Management Practice:

  • identification of the locations (known, supposed and unknown) of Knowledge related to the main product of the enterprise and drawing of the "Knowledge Map",
  • proposals for a more sustainable interconnection of the identified Knowledge locations (relation between offer and needs),
  • proposals for capitalization and valorization of the Knowledge,

Identification of the industrial fields in which a specific Know-how can be applicable.

ARCHITECTURE

The accumulated experience is diversified but relies mainly on 4 major long time missions as architect assistant and adviser: in Turkey ( a residential compound of 20000 sq.m.- apartments "tailor made"), in Iran (hospital for children - in an historical building with specific constraints) + (technical base of a fruit cooperative) + (3 leaving bases for expatriates), in South India (adviser for the realization of a leisure base in the jungle with 200 beds), in France (recalibrating the architectural study of a compound of 2000 social lodging units).

TRANSLATION - INTERPRETATION

2004 – 2005: Translation from US English to French of the Guidance for Biologists and Practitioner for the followup of thyroidis related illnesses.

2003: Translation in French of user and maintenance manuals + technical documentation for specific electronic equipment for the telecommunication field.

2002 : Translation in French of the Recommendations and Guidelines for Physicians and Biologists for the follow-up of thyroids related conditions.

2001 : Translation from English to French of medical scientific Communications presented during the 1st European Congress of Rheumatology in Nice - France.

2000 : Translation from French to German of the methodological documents and assembly procedures, nomenclatures of parts, for doors of metro trains.

1999 : Translation from French to English and German of the technical documentation of software for production organization.

1995 : French - German & German – French simultaneous translation in cabin:

1984 - 1985 : BRIMONT OTTAWA joint venture: translation and technical & legal interpretation:

  • translation in American-English of Operator’s, Maintenance and Spare parts Manuals of a 4 wheels-drive and 4 steering wheels vehicle for forest fire fighting

1976 : TURKEY - Santana Gazinosu - Izmir: in charge of 30 non - Turkish artists (Management: work permits, documents of travel, contracts, accommodation, etc… - Translation between artists and local management & personnel).

TOURISM

1999 - 2004 : Regional guide (part time) in France (Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur, Languedoc-Roussillon, Alpes, Normandy and Brittany) and Italy (Tuscany) + Switzerland for German Bus tour Co.

1998 : Cruise Director on the "MS Leonid Sobolev" between Moscow and St Petersbourg during 128 days (12 cruises) for a trilingual public of 220 Guests.

1997 : Regional guide in Provence for German Bustour companies and one group escorting to Russia (River cruise).

1992 - 1996 : France: Provence and Alps: During 3 weeks, each year, in charge of the incoming of 2000 German tourists arriving some days 5 buses at once for 72 hours. Organization of accommodation under specific conditions (bus drivers could take passengers till departure moment from Germany as long as room available in the bus, so incoming figures never matched bookings. I had to adjust at buses arrival) and excursions including the direction of a team of guides.

1988 - 1990 : France: Reims: Fimotel: Night auditor.

1985 - 1987 : Hong Kong : VJV HK Ltd: tour escort and lecturer for 32 circuits of 3 weeks in China, 2 of them including additionally the Soviet Union and Mongolia in the 45 days trip.
